Registration for the VDA 270 proficiency test 2020 now open

For the 9th time since 2004, Olfasense offers the proficiency test for the automobile guideline VDA 270 – Determination of the odour characteristics of trim materials in motor vehicles.

The measurements for the proficiency test need to be carried out between 9 – 20 November 2020.

As in the past, the concept of the proficiency test 2020 was developed together with representatives of the automotive industry; the independent performance and organisation is the responsibility of Olfasense GmbH.

This proficiency test is combined with training sets for the preparation of each participant, like we did in the past. These enable the participant to reach and reinforce common understanding of the VDA 270 scale.

IMPORTANT UPDATE (2 July 2020): The leather option, which was only available for a restricted number of laboratories, is already fully-booked! Therefore, it is only possible to register for the standard proficiency test.
