Registration for the EN 13725 Proficiency Test 2021 has opened
Olfasense invites you to participate in the 2021 edition of our well-established and accredited Proficiency Test for Olfactometry based on EN 13725:2003, demonstrate compliance with its performance requirements, and compare the performance of your laboratory internationally.
The proficiency test allows participating laboratories to ascertain the key performance criteria as defined in EN 13725:2003, specifically:
- precision under repeatability conditions r, and
- accuracy A for 1-butanol.
Showing to fulfill these performance criteria within a proficiency test is a powerful statement for you to foster the confidence of the users of your laboratory services.
In addition to the familiar 1-butanol samples, this year there is also the option to additionally measure samples of Tetrahydrothiophen (THT), which will give your lab the possibility to compare performance for real samples with other participating laboratories.
The measurements for the proficiency test need to be carried out between August 30th and September 10th, 2021, inclusive.
