Olfasense successfully passes surveillance audit of calibration laboratory
On 29 February and 1 March 2016 Olfasense GmbH passed their first surveillance audit of the independent, accredited calibration laboratory for dilution units and total hydrocarbon analyzers.
Olfasense GmbH is the only German and one of the few accredited calibration laboratories in Europe for the following calibration scope:
- accredited calibration of olfactometers and dilution equipment according to EN 13725, with the ISO 17025 calibration certificate (this includes both dilution units with orifice systems and those with mass flow controllers (MFCs) in the range 1 to 100,000 (dilution number Z))
- accredited calibration of flame ionisation detectors (FIDs) in the range of 0.5 µmol/mol to 10,000 µmol/mol
The auditors from the accreditation body DAkkS were pleased to see that the technical proceedings as well as the quality assurance are well implied. With only one non-critical finding we have proven to work on the highest quality level.
