Olfasense at the 10th VDI Conference “Odours in the Environment”

The 10th VDI Conference “Odours in the Environment” will take place from 29 – 30 November 2023 in Leipzig, Germany.

The conference programme includes expert presentations on current developments, problems and approaches to solutions in odour detection, assessment and mitigation. A special focus this year is on the effects of the updated German air pollution control regulation TA Luft.

Our team will also be there and is looking forward to exchanging ideas with other experts from industry, authorities, measurement institutes and research.

Complementing the conference, there will be an additional event on 1 December 2023, dedicated to the topic of « Complaint/conflict management in immission control on the example of odour ».

Our odour experts Bettina Mannebeck and Dr. Heike Hauschildt will guide you through the day and show how odour immissions can be objectively assessed and evaluated. They will also use specific case studies to discuss communication methods for involving residents in the solution process.
