Our LiGaVa sampling system has been extensively re-engineered, introducing a number of significant innovations that significantly improve the performance and flexibility of the system.
One of the key improvements is the precise control of the volume flow rate achieved through a high-precision mass flow controller. This enables you to accurately regulate the gas flow, ensuring consistent and reliable results in your analysis.
Additionally, we have integrated the capability to freely select the volume into which the liquid is to be evaporated. This flexibility allows you to tailor the system to the specific requirements of your analyses.
We have also increased the heating block temperature to up to 250 °C. This extends the range of liquid samples you can process and allows you to efficiently handle a variety of liquids with different evaporation temperatures.
Another outstanding feature is the new integrated cleaning mode. This allows for rapid cleaning of the heating block with fresh compressed air, reducing the time between sample preparations and increasing the efficiency of your workflow.
We have also added an integrated timer that provides a clear overview of how long the system will continue to fill the sample bag at the set volume and flow rate. This feature enhances user-friendliness and allows for continuous monitoring and adjustment of the process.
