Customised VDA 270 training kit
Besides our standardised VDA 270 training kit, we also offer you the opportunity to create your own customised VDA 270 training kit, specially adapted to your needs.
Your customised training kit comes with at least 12 samples: For example, your reference set contains 4 replicates of 3 different types of sample materials.
Available reference materials
You can choose from a selection of more than 20 options with different reference grades as well as material types, such as hard plastics, thin-layer materials, foam, textiles, and even real leather.
For some material types, there are different reference grades available. Knowing the reference grade means that the examiner will get to know and understand the VDA odour measurement scale much better.
The reference materials for this kit were chosen based on investigations of the stability and homogeneity of the sensory attributes of real materials, and have:
- demonstrated their suitability for training purposes,
- been characterised and evaluated by reference laboratories as well as within proficiency tests.
