Olfasense and Ortelium at the D-A-CH Meteorology Conference

We are glad to announce that Olfasense is official sponsor of the D-A-CH Meteorology Conference, which will take place in Leipzig, Germany from 21 to 25 March 2022.

Organized by the German Meteorological Society (DMG), the Austrian Meteorological Society (ÖGM), and the Swiss Society for Meteorology (SGM), the event is the most important technical conference for the German-speaking meteorology community.

Current research results and developments in various sub-fields of meteorology will be discussed. These range from theoretical meteorology and model development to weather forecasting, as well as measurement and observation methods.

During the 5-day conference, we will be happy to welcome you at our stand to discuss the latest innovations in environmental meteorology as well as odour dispersion modelling, and to show you our environmental data intelligence platform Ortelium.

Our specialist Dr. Heike Hauschildt, Olfasense expert specialised in dispersion modeling as well as weather sensor & data services, will contribute a technical seminar. In her session, she will showcase how modelling data can be used to facilitate communication between plant operators, authorities, and communities, and how a dynamic system like Ortelium helps to innovate and efficiently manage this communication process.
