Maik Rädler

Maik studied to become a teacher and then completed his teacher placement in biology and geography. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in 2018 and his Master of Education (1st state examination) in 2020. He has held his 2nd state examination as a certified teacher since 2023.

While his bachelor’s thesis still dealt with geography didactics, Maik worked for his master’s thesis in the bionics department at Kiel University, compiling data on thermal images and modelling them.

Maik is currently gaining experience and knowledge in odour projects with different focuses. He is mainly in charge of odour impact measurements, including plausibility checks, test management and reporting. He is also involved in emission measurement in the areas of sampling, olfactometric measurements, reporting and odour panel management. In the field of dispersion calculations, Maik is currently familiarising himself with the Austal model and initial projects.

Maik is a native German speaker and also speaks English.
